ABOUT OUTREACH FOR SAFE OLDER ADULT LIVING
OUTReach for Safe Older Adult Living (OUTReach) is a program to improve culturally competent care for LGBTQ+ older adults in long-term care facilities in the Chicago area by raising awareness around issues facing this community.
